The EDGE Hotel School prepares a Student Practitioner for the hospitality working world in a busy, fast paced and fun environment through two distinctly different courses:
1BA (Hons) in Hotel Management
BA(Hons) Hotel Management (progression route) – join the degree course
in its final level and can complete the 5 level 6 modules over 8 months.
FdA Hotel Management – you can complete a foundation degree in just
16 months by taking the level 4 and 5 modules.
2BA (Hons) in Culinary Management
BA(Hons) Culinary Management (progression route) – join the degree course
in its final level and can complete the 5 level 6 modules over 8 months.
FdA Culinary Management – you can complete a foundation degree
in just 16 months by taking the level 4 and 5 modules.
